A hot air balloon attracts and maintains positive attention. Balloons that fly with some form of advertising on the envelope can be highly effective at getting the advertiser’s name or message out to the community. It’s been said that everyone likes balloons because of their shape. How many times have you seen someone stop to admire or take a picture of a billboard? Yet, people with stop along the road to watch a balloon gently glide across a field or take a picture of it.

Annually, more people attend balloon events across the nation than any other summer activity, including baseball games. The advantage to the advertiser is that these events become a private marketing audience. If wanted, the balloon can also make impact appearances at other sporting events, taking advantage of these gatherings when they consist of the advertiser’s target market. A balloon can be an excellent addition to existing marketing efforts. The uses for a balloon are nearly unlimited.

Industry Events - By flying or tethering the balloon at community events, festivals, conventions, shows and other industry events, the sponsor can receive unsurpassed attention, including better media coverage.

Community Involvement - Most special events benefit charities or communities. By participating with the balloon, the sponsor can position itself as a supporter of the community where the balloon appears.

Targeted Marketing - The nature of the balloon allows the sponsor to reach its target audience while providing major visibility. A professional pilot realizes that the primary goal is to promote the sponsor.

The Comprehensive Corporate Choice Package is just $2750 (nearly a 20% savings to purchasing the individual options separately). This package includes:

	One 2-hour tether
	One 2-hour static display
	Two standard flights displaying your balloon banner OR Six standard flights displaying your basket banner in the Tucson area you specify
	Two 2-person standard passenger flights

The Deluxe Corporate Package at just $3500 (over a 20% savings to purchasing the individual options separately). This package includes:

	Two 2-hour tethers
	Ten standard flights displaying your balloon banner OR Thirty standard flights displaying your basket banner

The Metro Visibility Package is just $2700 (a 30% savings). This package includes:

Fifteen standard flights displaying your balloon banner OR forty five standard flights displaying your basket banner on flights flown throughout the Tucson/Marana Area

Passenger Tether

Hot air balloon is tied-off to the ground; 2 to 4 passengers at a time ride in the basket up to about 75 feet and then back down. Rides last from just a couple of minutes to as long as you want.

$750 for the first hour and $500 for each additional hour

Static Display

Hot air balloon is tied-off to the ground and no rides (balloon stays on the ground). People can get in basket for pictures. Pilot and crew will answer questions about hot air balloons.

$500 for first hour, $300 each additional hour

Banner Flights

Balloon Banner

We display your company banner on our balloon during standard flights, the balloon banner can measure up to 29 feet wide and 16 feet tall.

$250 per flight for the balloon banner or $2000 for 10 flights.

The cost of the banner is a separate expense. We can order the banner for you or you can take care of it.

Basket Banner

We display your company banner on our basket during standard flights, the basket banner can be up to 3 feet wide and 3 feet tall.

$100 per flight for the basket banner

The cost of the banner is a separate expense. We can order the banner for you or you can take care of it.

Passenger Flights

We will fly you, your employees, your customers, or anyone else you want in our hot air balloon. A standard flight generally lasts about an hour with the traditional Champagne Celebration to follow.

$450 per couple for standard flight

($225 per person)

We also have a Frequent Flyer Program; after you purchase 6 full price two-passenger flights, the next one is free. (A balloon flight a great idea for giving to those important clients or for employee incentives.)
