Cash, check or credit card is accepted on
the day of the flight. A credit card number is required to
reserve the date. 72 hours cancellation notice is required.
Reservations are required and should be
placed as early as possible to ensure a specific date; however, short notice
reservations are usually available. Call now for availability.
Since ballooning depends on favorable weather, we
cannot guarantee that a flight will take place on a specific date. Safety
is our primary concern. There is no charge for normal flight cancelled by
Tucson Balloon Rides (Corporate events may have a non-refundable deposit due to
additional expenses that may be incurred). Every effort will be made to
reschedule your flight.
Waiver: Each guest must sign a waiver to
verify that they have no health concerns that would prohibit them from
ballooning.
Weight Restrictions: Passengers must weigh less than 300 lbs and be able to climb in and out of the basket (equivalent to climbing a fence)
Gratuity: Tipping is common in the adventure/travel/tour industry. Tipping is not obligatory but very much appreciated by pilot and crew.
